Refund Policy

You will then have an additional 14 calendar days from the time we send you our returns instructions to return your item(s) to us.
Please note that a refund within this extended time frame will not be accepted  - refunds are only available within 14 calendar days following the shipment of your order. Also be aware that our prices may fluctuate, and even more so during the Christmas period. If we are out of stock of your requested size/item, we will contact you by email to discuss alternative options.

We have a 14 day return policy , which means that you have 14 days after your order is shipped to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn/unused and in resalable condition.

If your return is accepted:

(France Orders) , we will provide you with an address to return the item to - all returned items must be sent with a consignment tracking (we do not accept Hermes/Evri delivery). Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

(International orders) , you will be charged for the cost of returning the item and we will send you a postage label.Any import duties incurred will be the customer's responsibility.

Please do not return any item to an address you find online, we will provide one with detailed instructions via email.

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect product/size or faulty item from us, you should contact us at at help.londonshopfr@gmail .com within 7 days of receiving the item - to speed up the process, please include images as proof to help you. our investigation into the alleged problem. If we can verify that the wrong item was sent, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items and shoes. Orders placed using a gift card can only be redeemed for credit in the appropriate amount to the gift card.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved.If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method.If the order was originally shipped to you before being returned, the shipping charges for the order will not be refunded.Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.If it is not approved, we will contact you with our reasoning and you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to you.

For clothing products, we are not responsible for any defects after the item has been washed, if the washing instructions are not followed.
